Very happy with the product. Did a lot of research and this is definitely worth it. This product actually toned my abs better than crunches that used to hurt my back. Easy to use and have seen results with consistent use. I put this on at night before bed and the unit turns off on its own after the time shown. Amazing Product! You need a good, strong stim for abs, but it needs to be comfortable enough to get the necessary contractions, and not feel electrical. This one does deliver a very strong contraction without feeling awkward. You def need to get used to it if this is a first, but you will and then you'll look forward to using it. I like to use it while a walk my 2 dogs at 7am for about 1/2 mile. My advice would be to walk around the house or go outside and take a walk. The time goes faster than if you sit and anticipate every muscle contraction. It feels more natural if you're walking around.
