The Neuro Belt runs two therapies in sequence. Heat therapy comes first, releasing the surface muscles that have been clenched for years compensating for the deep ones.
Then clinical grade NMES fires 30 to 50 millimeters deep, forcing the deep stabilizing muscles to contract — the ones your nervous system switched off after injury or years of pressure. That order matters: on a tense muscle the signal is weakened and the contraction never fully lands, which is why rehab clinics warm the tissue before stimulation.
Strap the belt on, choose your heat level and intensity, and sit back for 20 minutes.
